Rakesh Parik is the Co-Founder and CEO of 3S Business Advisors (3SBA). He has been leading the company since January 2006. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he is driven by the vision of “Making India A Better Place To Do Business.”

Under his leadership, 3SBA has helped more than 150 international companies set up and grow their operations in India. He has played a key role in opening new offices in New Delhi and Bengaluru and expanding the company’s services and business divisions.

Rakesh is committed to providing professional and personalized services. He focuses on understanding client needs and ensuring high client satisfaction. He has also built strong partnerships with law firms in countries like Spain, Norway, Russia, the UK, and others.

Dilip Singh is the Co-Founder and Chief Compliance & Development Officer (CCDO) at 3S Business Advisors (3SBA). He also heads the Assurance, Compliance, and Accounting Division. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Dilip has worked with top organizations like Deloitte and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

He specializes in setting up efficient accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks for companies. Dilip has successfully handled Risk Assessment Audits, Industrial Asset Verification, and financial reporting projects for many multinational companies.

Manoj Karnani is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 3S Business Advisors (3SBA) since January 2006. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has strong expertise in corporate taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing, and transaction advisory.

As Practice Head for Corporate Tax Advisory, Tax Planning, Transaction Structuring, Tax Litigation, and International Taxation, Manoj helps businesses manage complex tax and regulatory requirements.

He has helped many Indian and international companies create efficient tax structures, optimize tax strategies, and maintain proper documentation for cross-border transactions.

Rohit Dubey is the Co-Founder and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of 3S Business Advisors (3SBA) since January 2006. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and leads the Recruitment and Executive Search Division.

With more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, Rohit has helped many Fortune 500 companies with their hiring needs in India and abroad. He is skilled at finding talent for senior positions, specialized roles, and difficult or remote locations.

Reema Shah is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, and HR operations. She leads the Recruitment Division at 3S Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd., where she drives talent acquisition strategies and delivers recruitment solutions across various industries.

With strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and team development, Reema has successfully partnered with many organizations to attract top talent for critical roles. Her deep understanding of client needs and results-oriented approach have helped her build strong, long-term relationships and contribute to organizational growth.

Mr. Sheetlesh Singh is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Law Graduate (LLB), serving as a Partner at 3S Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd. He has extensive expertise in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), FEMA advisory, taxation, corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV), and cross-border business compliance.

He plays a vital role in helping international companies successfully establish and expand their operations in India. Over the years, Mr. Singh has earned a strong reputation for his deep regulatory knowledge and practical guidance. He works closely with companies from Taiwan, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, supporting them with market entry strategies, JV and partnership development, legal and financial compliance, and operational setup.

Dhaval Shah began his professional journey as a Trainee after completing his post-graduation from the University of Mumbai. Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to larger organisational goals, he has been with the firm for over 12 years, consistently demonstrating dedication, leadership, and a client-first approach.

Over the years, Dhaval has successfully handled several high-impact assignments across diverse industries. His expertise covers financial and tax due diligence, designing and streamlining accounting processes and financial reporting systems, fixed asset verification, internal control setup, risk management, and regulatory compliance for multinational organisations. He also supports clients with taxation matters, SOP development, ERP implementation, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Sanjeet Vishwakarma is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, assurance, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. He provides strategic advisory and compliance solutions to corporates, startups, and businesses across multiple industries.

He has led statutory audits, tax audits, GST compliance, internal audits, due diligence, and financial reporting assignments. His expertise includes the Companies Act, Income-tax Act, GST laws, and Ind AS. He works with clients in infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, trading, and other sectors.

Yogesh Purohit has extensive experience in helping international companies explore, enter, and expand their business in India. He works closely with foreign businesses, trade promotion organizations, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and government agencies to create successful business partnerships and investment opportunities.
